Experience a rejuvenating Yoga and Meditation Workshop with family! Through practice of meditation, learn how to cultivate inner peace and reduce stress. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this workshop will help you feel centered and renewed while illustrating that a journey of self-discovery can be embarked as a family. This family program includes yoga, meditation workshop and children's activities. Light refreshments will be served after the program.
